ENKORE Cluster participates in European Partnership for the Assessment of Risks from Chemicals (PARC) workshop

The five ENKORE Cluster projects participated at the Second Workshop on Synergies with External Initiatives

The five ENKORE Cluster projects participated at the Second Workshop on Synergies with External Initiatives, organized online by European Partnership for the Assessment of Risks from Chemicals (PARC) on 27 November 2024. This workshop aimed to foster collaboration between PARC and key initiatives from the ENKORE and Green Deal clusters, enhancing synergies to advance chemical risk assessment and policy.

PARC brings together 200 partners from 29 European countries aiming to develop next-generation chemical risk assessments to protect human health and the environment. This collaborative initiative strengthens the scientific foundation for chemical risk evaluation and supports the EU’s transition to next-generation, evidence-based risk assessment methodologies. The workshop provided a platform for PARC work package and task co-leaders to connect with representatives of the projects, exchange insights on scientific research, align objectives, and explore areas for collaboration while minimizing overlapping efforts.
